History:
In 1983 a local funeral director approached Mark and Joyce Windschitl to inquire if they would be interested in selling and
installing cemetery markers. He stated that the community needed someone who he could refer clients to knowing that they
would be treated respectfully, honestly and with compassion. Thus, Windschitl Monument Service began its compassionate
service to the community in 1985. Windschitl grew from selling cemetery markers, to entrance monuments for developments,
markers for golf courses, and memorials for city square parks honoring veterans and fire fighters. In 1998 Teresa Winslow
joined the organization and purchased it in 2002, and has continued the fine service. In 2008 the name was changed to Winslow Monument Service
